Salary: NJC Grade C - £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 31.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with pupils in KS1 and KS2. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about learning and understands the importance that relationships play in creating a safe, secure and inspirational learning environment.

You will:

• Have experience of working with children or demonstrate an eagerness to learn the necessary skills.
• Be able to build effective relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Be able to enthuse, challenge and promote children to be the best they can be.
• Be passionate about enabling every child to grow spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
• Be able to follow instructions and reinforce routines.
• Contribute to the Christian ethos and the wider life of our school.
• Be motivated, organised and a good team player who will add strength to our team.
