PA to the Bursar

Starting in June or shortly thereafter

Salary in the region of £30,000 pa

Full time, all year round

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced professional PA to the Bursar of Shiplake College.

Previous experience working in schools is not essential however, previous experience as a PA is a prerequisite – preferably at senior level. The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills; the ability to multitask, together with the skills needed to undertake a varied range of PA duties. Essential to the role is integrity, maintaining confidentiality and a calm and approachable manner.

This role will work 7.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, all year round. Some flexibility is required in working hours for attendance at Governors’ meetings. We are open to considering longer daily hours during term time and shorter daily hours during holiday periods. Occasional hybrid working could be supported subject to business need.
