Fixed Term Maternity Cover for 1 year

We require, from September 2023, a well-qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our successful PE department for a fixed-term maternity cover contract until July 2024.

We offer the successful candidate a commitment to providing excellent professional development and full support in developing their career. We have an excellent programme to support ECT’s and applications would be very much welcomed from teachers new to the profession.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this rapidly expanding, oversubscribed academy that has been judged by Ofsted to be Outstanding in both 2009 and 2013.  The School has a long-held tradition of high academic standards nurtured within a caring, inclusive school community.  We have a successful track record of providing an education which delivers consistently high standards as well as the resilience and emotional intelligence which ensures that our young people have the potential to be leaders of the future. Bartholomew School is situated in the village of Eynsham 5 miles from Oxford (with easy transport links) and serves the surrounding rural area.
