Loreto High School has been judged by Ofsted to be a ‘Good’ school and we are now looking for an energetic, passionate individual who is excited to contribute to the next stage of our journey.

We are an aspirational, reflective, supportive and creative learning community where all adults are learners who strive rigorously for excellence in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students and make a real difference in their lives. You will lead the development, implementation and review of the school’s business, support services and operational services, including Finance, HR, Health & Safety, Buildings and Facilities, ICT and other administrative systems.

You will lead a large multidisciplinary support team. This role will suit an enthusiastic and inspirational individual who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team and will provide the opportunity to excel in a supportive environment.

You will have proven strong and effective leadership and management skills, the ability to make a strategic contribution to the school’s leadership team, excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external audiences and have the ability to drive forward and motivate staff.

You will  hold or be working towards a relevant School Business Management Qualification ie Certificate of Diploma in School Business Management or similar.

You will be self-aware, open to development and believe, like we do, that ‘feedback is a gift’ and be passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our students.
