School Business Manager - Permanent 22.5 hours per week (Term Time only)

Courtney is a close-knit, caring but highly ambitious school.  The school is at an exciting point in its journey.  In May 2019, the school gained an Ofsted Rating of “good” which reflected the excellent processes and procedures that had been put in a place.  Our fantastic new Headteacher joined in January 2021 intent on driving the school forward on in its path of improvement.  The priority is now to support our community following the pandemic and to translate our strong processes into strong academic results across the school.

This is a great prospect for an ambitious and energetic manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.  Whilst being extremely well supported, there is scope for making a personal impact.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is positive, solutions focused.
  • Is well organised and has highly proficient administrative skills.
  • Can bring expertise to the financial management of the school.
  • Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Is able to make a real impact.

We can offer:

  • Forward facing leadership who fully recognise the importance of the SBM role within a school.
  • Reflective, positive staff, who are willing to embrace change.
  • Lovely children who are well-behaved and ready to learn.
  • A fabulous modern building with extensive views and grounds
  • CPD opportunities to develop your skill set

Visits to the school are encouraged, please phone the school office to arrange a visit.
